The Oasis of Peace among the “Olive Trees”

The historic 14th-century Mill of the village. In the 20th century, it was converted into an animal shelter and renovated according to the style of a rural home.

 Although it has lost some of its original layout, Villanova is the “most intimate heart of Lonciano.” This is evident from the *view of the olive grove*, the silence, and the location at the crossroads of the winds.

“VILLANOVA SUL MOLINO”

The restored former stable consists of three independent double room suites, each with private terraces.

All have bathrooms with showers and WC and air conditioning. On request 2 or all 3 rooms can be combined into one unit, a complete holiday home .

“Olivo”. Double bedroom suite with shower-bathroom, large windows overlooking the valley and private terrace.

“Lavanda”.  Double bedroom flat with shower-bathroom en suite, with modern, fully equipped, spacious kitchen, dishwasher. Two private terraces. An extra bed is possible. The king size double bed can be separated in two twin.

“Narciso”. Double room suite with shower-bathroom. An extra bed is possible in the living room.
