TENUTA LONCIANO owes its name from a renowned clear spring water source that comes to surface here. The natural water is used exclusively for the Tenuta.

The enclosure of the spring dates back to the era of the Etruscans.

“Luntiano” calls a quality of extra virgin Olive oil, particularly appreciated in this region. In the same way, the eno-gastronomic products  of the area are very highly valued. You will greatly enjoy the wines and oils and other gastronomic products of the region.

The ones from the Tenuta garden are free at your disposal.

In addition to finding not only the best that nature has to offer, at Villa Tenuta Lonciano you will also find technological comforts, air-conditioned rooms, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, free WIFI, free parking and large cosy, common areas inside and outside.

The property, nestled in the hillside, consists of VILLA TENUTA LONCIANO, with a three-storey main villa called “Colonica” and an outbuilding, the former stable (STALLA) about 80 metres away.

A third building, the contemporary converted barn, today called VILLA ANCÓRA, is operated separately.

House “LA COLONICA”

Ground floor:

“Uva.” A small ground floor flat for 2 people, with views to the valley, en suite shower room, kitchenette and private terrace. Air conditioning.

First floor. Ground level access:

Common lounge. Bathroom with shower. Private terrace shared with “Limoni” and “Ciliegi”. 

“Limoni”. A small flat for 2 people with kitchenette and shower-bath en suite.
Air conditioning. The king size double bed can be separated into two twin.

Large living/dining room with historical fireplace. Small play/living room. Large fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and laundry room for general use.

From the kitchen there is access to the garden with its barbecue area and the spacious gazebo pavilion.

It is popular for communal meals, festive dinners or simply as a meeting place in the shade, overlooking the nearby communal pool with its sun loungers, the jacuzzi and the sauna at the edge of the forest.

House “LA STALLA”

The restored former stable consists of three independent double room suites, each with private terraces.

All have bathrooms with showers and WC and air conditioning. On request 2 or all 3 rooms can be combined into one unit, a complete holiday home .

“Olivo”. Double bedroom suite with shower-bathroom, large windows overlooking the valley and private terrace.

“Lavanda”.  Double bedroom flat with shower-bathroom en suite, with modern, fully equipped, spacious kitchen, dishwasher. Two private terraces. An extra bed is possible. The king size double bed can be separated in two twin.
