House VILLA ANCÓRA
This is the restored old barn, today a complete holiday home on two floors, divided into 2 flats.
There is a GRAND-SUITE with the main entrance downstairs, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a spacious lounge with double room height, a sofa bed, fireplace, air conditioning and a library wall. Two very nice large windows look out over the sunny valley.
In the salon an extra bed for 2 single persons or alternatively a double bed can be made. There is a bathroom with shower.
A spiral staircase leads up to the night area with a large double bed and en suite bathroom with tub.
In front of the door, facing the valley, there is a large private garden with a covered outdoor seating area. Another private, wildly overgrown SUNSET LOUNGE invites you to watch the spectacular sunsets in a romantic setting.
Two sturdy dividing doors connect you to one extremely charming mini flat, with mini kitchen and mini bathroom, double bed and a sofa bed. The mini-apartment has a separate entrance at ground level and an own private garden.
During the summer season, a pool is available on the sunny lawn below the VILLA ANCÓRA for a refreshing swim .
